There is no charge for the List Master system itself. The database is cloud-based and acessible by an unlimited number of users. Costs are for set-up, monthly hosting, maintenance and support. The standard package costs $80 per month for up to 10 users and then $10 per month for each additional user. We pride ourselves on being among the most inexpensive and affordable CRMs on the market.
We will negotiate costs per users in some cases. If you need a large number of users we can potentially lower the cost.
HOSTING FEES: Use of List Master CRM, updates, daily back-ups and basic support are covered by a monthly hosting fee of $80 per month.
We will negotiate hosting costs cases. If you are a low budget non-profit or want a limited set of features we will work with you.
The base price of $80 per month is for full use of the List Master system and all of its features, including 8 to 10 hours of support and training per year.
DATABASE INSTALLATION & SET-UP OF USER ACCOUNTS: This one-time cost will vary slightly, between $100 to $250, depending on number of users and selected features.
DATA CONVERSION & LOADING: Costs for converting your current database or other information-tracking system to List Master vary greatly, depending on the size, source and complexity of data to be consolidated into your new database. Costs start at $250 for the simplest conversions and go up to between $1000 and $5000. The average conversion costs about $1500.
SUPPORT/TRAINING: While most ongoing support and the initial trainings are covered by the hosting fee (see above), if special support or training is desired, it is available at $85 per hour. The standard hosting fee covers two to four training sessions for staff provided before the launch of your database. We find that solid training at the beginning leads to more efficient and trouble-free use of List Master CRM in the long run. If a higher-than-average level of support or training is desired on an ongoing basis, we can adjust your monthly hosting fee to accommodate your needs.
